John Edwards (Backstage) - Take Back America 2005

Sen. John Edwards interviewed backstage at Take Back America 2005 by conference attendee, Casey Morris, who discussed with Sen. Edwards how to expand his work with poverty, bring greater attention and awareness, to the problem, and devise solutions that include what the role of government should be and the role of the private citizen. Casey remarked, "It seems clear to me that in America, people can choose to be free from taxes, or they can be free from the scourge of poverty of our fellow man. To choose the former is to be human, to choose the latter is to be humane."
