Does anyone really think that a continued U.S. and NATO presence will actually achieve anything significant in Afghanistan? Will an additional 40,000 soldiers defeat the Taliban or will it only lead to more American deaths? It seems that a continued presence in that war-torn nation will only bring grief and death while U.S.

There is one thing that can be said of our president; he appears to be realistically sincere and what he espouses can’t really be argued with. What to Do When the Right Lies

I’ve noticed that when the right has nothing to stand on, when their rhetoric doesn’t make any sense, they just lie. I’m not making this up. We have seen lies about health care from the beginning.

I attended a town hall meeting in Greenville today. Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) was the speaker. The subject of this particular meeting was health care and particularly President Obama’s plan.

I have said many times that you don’t have to be a genius or really intelligent to figure out what game the political parties and the administration is playing in Washington. The only prerequisite that is needed is for you to pay attention. Keeping your eye on everything that is being said, but more than that… what is being done.

I wrote a small article yesterday about an e-mail I had received from Commondreams.org. The article begged the question of why didn’t the staff at Commondreams.org understand what and who Barack Obama was before now? This thought led me to wonder if any of the so-called “progressive” journalists ever bothered to vet Barack Obama?

This is another article about the H1N1 Swine Flu virus. It isn’t an article about who made it or whether or not the New World Order is trying to kill off 90% of the Earth’s human population by either the virus or the vaccination. There are countless articles about that on countless web pages in almost every nation on Earth.

Every one of us has their own “take” on what is happening in this brave new world. I am no different than most, I also have an opinion on what’s going on. When I write an article I usually have no problem giving my opinion as to what is really happening. This time however, I’m going to try not to give my opinion. I only want to present the facts as I understand them.
