I joined the CAF communications team in September of 2008. Prior to then I worked for Rubenstein Communications in New York. I graduated from Florida State University, where I received a Bachelor's in Art and a Master's in Political Communication. I spent much of my time studying and researching media and telecommunications regulation and policy, dabbling also in the relationship of media to culture, environmental issues, and gender issues.
I'm passionate about sports, particularly football, and I worked as a sports editor and editor in chief of Florida State's independent student newspaper, the FSView. I also freelanced for the Tallahassee Democrat and the St. Petersburg Times.
