My name is Curtis Walker and I am a member of the California Democratic Party Rural Caucus who is a
candidate in California Congressional District Four to the Democratic National Convention. As I enter into retirement, Obama inspired me to leave the Country in a better place than I found it. He "woke up" my patriotism! It is now time for me to give back. I also learned how to create and maintain a BLOG that has a focus on INTEGRITY in Government.

The Obama Campaign needs a representative that has actually been active in the Obama campaign in Congressional District-4 and was a big part of the Obama WIN in Nevada County--by a really significant margin!

Senator Obama needs delegates at the Democratic National Convention that has demonstrated steadfast support. I had the judgement to support OBAMA 100% from day one of the campaign!

A bit about me: I am a Disabled Veteran, has been working tirelessly for over a year in Nevada County doing the background work that made Obama so successful in the Primary in Nevada County (a county Obama won by a very big margin)!

I have spent 100s of hours performing Obama campaign work on the internet providing guidance to other Obama supporters, creating and maintaining the Obama site for Nevada County, participated a conference call with
Barack on Veterans issues, purchased and distributed a ton of Obama gear, prepared, sent and helped others craft letters to the editor, stood on street corners in freezing weather in the snow with Obama signs, arranged tabling events, purchased and gave out literally hundreds of Obama buttons to voters, traveled to Reno, Nevada to support the Obama campaign, and most recently provided a plane ticket for a high school student to work on the ground in the upcoming PA primary election.

I am one who deeply cares about bringing progressive change to Washington, Veterans issues, Disability issues, the rural lifestyle and how we can be improve our local situation alone and with the help of a friendly administration.

I am an Administrator with 30+ years experience in public service.
