Bush's Budget Cuts

I live with my grandparents who maintain a minimum standard of living; needless to say, we have little in terms of money. Cuts in grants and aid to colleges affects me deeply; I am an undergraduate and Rogue Community College. My major is in Social Work because I am saddened by the suffering poverty causes. I am deeply concerned about the direction President Bush is taking our nation. He seems to be reversing all the major welfare progressions of the 1960s and 1970s. His massive cuts in social programs are affecting millions of working class Americans -- my family included.
