U.S. Slump Draws Mexicans North

mcclatchydc.com — As the U.S. economy heads south, Mexicans may have to head north. Economists say that U.S. recessions are tougher on Mexico than on the United States, and that security measures such as building a wall along the Mexican border won't hold back the flood of workers that's likely if Mexican factories close.
