Here's a great letter: polite, fair, firm. Excellent idea, by the way: SIRIUS subscribers, be sure to include your ID.
Dear Mr. Gorab,
I have been a Sirius subscriber since early December
and my family has three subscriptions (two for the
cars and one in the house, I own a SL100) and we all
love Sirius. The one thing that bothers us the most
the fact that the right-wing station is called
"Patriot" while the Progressive Station is called
"Left." I know this isn't intentional and I know that
Sirius doesn't hold a political slant one way or
another, but I am confused by this lack of judgment. As a matter of fact, my Sirius programming guide
refers to the Right-wing channel as Sirius "Right."In my opinion, the conservatives aren't any more
patriotic or "Right." But I feel that Sirius is doing
a disservice by calling conservative station Patriot. It is the opinion of the greater progressive community
that Sirius change the progressive station to Sirius
Liberty. Please consider making that change. It would make a
family with four subscriptions very happy come time to
renew our subscriptions to your otherwise great
service.Best,
