I love this idea of imaginary quotes and historical sources. Are there more of them? Interesting that this one and the forgery Protocols of the Elders of Zion both death with the "stab in the back." It's like the paranoid people who send themselves threatening notes.

I turn the question over to you, my dear readers. Any other fun fake facts from history that refuse to die, wingnutty or otherwise?
