It's been a jam-packed morning here in the Big Tent, as we wait for Take Back America to kickoff in the afternoon.

Sen. Ken Salazar (D-Colo.) talked to me about how attitudes towards active government are changing in Colorado and the West.

MSNBC's Willie Geist told us how Rachel Maddow is turning the network into a flaming left-wing propaganda machine.

Pam Spaulding of Pam's House Blend gave us an inside view of the Democratic LGBT Caucus.

Dusti Gurule, Director of the Latina Initiative Project, and Paul Sandoval, Former Colorado State Senator discussed what issues the Latino community needs to be addressed, and how little political leaders are doing to respond to their concerns.

And David Goldstein of HA Seattle gave us his impressions from Day 1 of his first convention.
