Paying for Secondary-Prevention Meds in Full Would Save Lives and Money

Abstract:

US Medicare patients recovering from an MI would live longer, without costing society more money, if Medicare covered all of their secondary-prevention drugs over the long term, rather than providing the partial coverage in place now.
