Has Anyone Found These Missing Democrats?

August 2005

missing_dems_thumb.gifWe issued a playful challenge to our supporters in early August 2005, enlisting them in a "search" for six Democrats who were missing when it came time to stand up for hard-working people across America. The six "missing" Democrats were Sen. Joe Lieberman, D-Conn., Sen. Blanche Lincoln, D-Ark., Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, Rep. Ruben Hinojosa, D-Texas, Rep. Gregory Meeks, D-N.Y., and Rep. In early July, we followed up by airing a radio adthat urged Ney to address the needs of everyday Ohioans instead of spending his time on gambling deals for Washington lobbyists. Without the donations of our online supporters, we could not have exposed Ney's corruption.
